"If I could give him 0 stars I would. He sent a text to us back in October saying we removed a car from our policy and removed ourselves from the payment plan, when I texted back saying we didn’t do either I never received a call back. I paid my bill and heard nothing. He neglected to tell us they dropped my husbands policy. So for months now my husband has been uninsured unbeknownst us. Three weeks ago, I emailed asking about it and never received an email back. Since then I’ve switched agents to a good friend of mine (Also through State Farm). Still haven’t received an email back from him with an answer to any of my questions. So today, I call him to ask and he starts SCREAMING at me. Saying it’s not his problem, he called us each 5 times…. I asked why wouldn’t he send it in an email and he said “I don’t remember if I sent an email”. I do. Ya didnt send one, Mark. I RARELY do negative reviews but the way he went from 0 to 100 on me when I was just speaking with him is unacceptable. DO NOT USE HIM."
